I purchased it for international travel.
Comes with built-in chords. One being type C, and one being Lightening for iphones and other accessories. I use it to charge my galaxy S23 ultra, and it comfortably does it 3 times. (I never actually had to charge it more than 2 times. Max I have used it for is to charge my partner’s iphone 13 pro once, and my s23 ultra once full and once half.)
It is allowed on flights. In case you wondered. (27000 mah is allowed, this is 20000 mah.)
It does support fast charging. On samsung it does not show “super fast charging” which you get on 25 watt or stronger charger since this charges at 22.5 watt max on type C. But 22.5 is really fast to, and compared to my 25 watt wall charger, this took only 7 more minutes to go from 0 to 100%. Not too heavy, quality is good, and performance is great too. (My partner said the phone charged really fast, as good as wall charger.) ALL this in one compact body… just go for it. It is reasonably priced. I no longer carry charger because of it. When I am travelling in train or plane or car, does not matter. It doesn’t heat up that much at all. I use it for my phone, my samsung s7 plus tablet, and iPhone 13 pro.

[...]First disappointment is fitting of the inbuilt cables on the power-bank itself. It is not confidence inspiring, and feels like the cables will stop fitting back properly after maybe 30 uses. I used the lightning cable once and has not fit back flush. As such, I am reserving these for emergency use, which may never happen as I carry external cables with me when I carry the power bank. Maybe when I decide that I will keep it for just an year and dispose off at the next opportunity, I will leave other cables home and truly use it’s capabilities.
As for other ports, the USB-C is one way to charge the power bank only. USB-A port is the one I end up using for charging my devices. As such, it has become a single port 20k charger for me.
The Charging speed is good it. Back up is good too.
Specs on the box and an included paper do not make sense for the mAH capacity based on voltage and capacity, so fingers crossed when I travel with this. A message on the manufacturer social media post got no result.
If someones intends to keep for a long time, any other simple power back with 2 active USB-A or C or combo ports will actually be better and work fully as intended.

The product is working just fine. The problem lies in its weight and wattage output. It feels heavy and charges the phone at a very slow pace. I only use portronics cables while working with it. Overall the product experience is fine or average.

I received the defective product the product has heating problem at a particular spot, it looks same as it had melted. And I have return available and replacement option but unable to access them, it is so complicated. Very bad experience.
