DONT BUY THIS. I have used this product for 2.5 years now and it has performed very poorly. The plastic parts have poor durability and the jars need frequent repairs. Either the plastic breaks off or gets overheated and deformed. The efficiency of grinding is also poor. Performs badly if using smaller quantities. Even ginger garlic paste is not smooth or fine. The jar over heats while grinding even smaller quantities of idli or dosa batter. Terrible buy and I recommend going for some other brand.

Purchased this mixer grinder because of the faith in the brand. But within 10 days its LED power indicator got damaged. It doesn’t turn on when switch is on. Never expected this from ‘Preeti’. Jars are grinding well for now . I will update the experience here.
