I have started using this pan for making Dosa chapati puran poli etc… It is simply great, non sticky. Heat distribution is very even. Cooking is very easy. It is big so the size is perfect for big dosas. Sturdy and durable. It is slightly heavy, asbitbis thick bottomed. Nothing will burn, it cooks evenly. Looks very beautiful too.. I love it.
