Bought this after extensive online and offline research. I did choose a couple of good models from Powermax available online, which were great features at reasonable price.. Lack of customer support made me start looking at offline stores. Visited Fitking, Stayfit, Acme and Afton. Stayfit is based out of Bangalore and has some good models of their own, all made in China. They are also the dealers for Nordic Track, but did not have many models available due to the lockdown. Fitking sells only Chinese models, so ruled it out. Acme has great models from BT, Schwinn and Nautilus…all very expensive. Afton is the dealer for Sole which is one of the top rated model internationally.
[...]This model is 2017 so the price is heavily discounted from 195k price of 2019 model available at Afton dealership. The difference between the two model years are cosmetic, so if you do not need a Bluetooth connected speaker, you can save money by going for 2017 model.
Order was delivered next day..outer package was slightly torn, but all items were intact. Assembly took 2 hrs, it’s a very simple DIY. The chest strap wirelessly connects with the machine for pulse. Sole app is pathetic and I felt they should really consider this as an area of improvement.
Treadmill is great, very low noise, wide track and hoping for a troublefree long road to fitness with this equipment. Afton mentioned that a voltage stabiliser is not required, However I connected the machine with an old APC UPS RS 550 for 2 reasons. Firstly it has a spike burster, and secondly, it will avoid sudden halt of the treadmill in case of a power failure…this can cause an accident if the power outrage happens when running.
Bottom line, if you want a frill free reliable treadmill, go for it.

i had purchased Sole SF80T treadmill with Product Serial number – 13030723-10-T1-18060028, delivered by amazon on 20-07-2020, as i am using it from last 3 days of delivery, there was some problem during incline informed same to soletreadmills.in immediate service was provided. it is not having the tablet holder as shown in the soletreadmill.in website even in treadmill reviews of Sole F80 2020 also they have tablet holder but not known why is not there in my Sf80t whether it is old model or new model please let me know.However it’s working well with wide running surface & very low noise im enjoying both walking & jogging on it

Good product.. but extra transportation cost really hurt me.. they delivered the materials only at Guwahati. I myself arrange & brought the item to Manipur with an extra cost of Rs 3000/-

This treadmill is heavy and packaging is very big. Packaging is more than 7 ft tall and weighs more than 200kg. It didn’t fit into our lift and so it became a nightmare to transport to 3rd floor.
Product build quality is amazing and if you are planning to assemble yourself , you may need one more person support to fit it. It is literally hard to move the package even a inch so it is better measure the length before trying to place it. Once placed you have transport wheels to make the movement easier but you cannot turn it sideways if it is fitting in the door.
We are using this for 3 weeks and 100% satisfied with it.
