Very nice and heavy. I usually go for Prestige however, purchased this after going through the reviews. Initially the bottom of the tawa was too slippery and would keep moving while preparing dosa but gradually it became steady.

This is a very sturdy pan. The handles are well designed and makes it easy to handle. The pan is thick and nonstick coating is excellent.

While the hot plate itself is great, the handles seem to be made of cheaper plastic that cant handle heat well. So when the hot plate gets hot, the handles give off a very bad smell that seems to percolate into the walls and stay in the home for hours after. Not worth the money just for that.
