Within six minutes entire gas leaked out. Technician who came to fix said the installation was done badly. Fixtures were not tightened properly.
[...]Now after 9 months, it is showing error E6 which means indoor and outdoor unit have not connected. We lodged complaint, after 4 days they said we are sending someone. The person did not come by 8 pm even though he said he would. Next morning he called and said he does not want to come. Some other person called and said they will fix it if we pay Rs 500 (product is within warranty period still). Their technicians are trying to make extra money by setting up installations poorly, not responding to customer complaints and hoping customer will pay extra if there is a long delay to get the work done.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. ZERO STARS.

AC takes a while to get started. I believe that is because my outdoor unit was installed on the roof top and the ac unit is in the second floor. But, once it gets started, it cools the room really fast.
[...]I have tested the heating function as well. It works without any issues. There are a couple of buttons on the remote that does nothing. There is a bit of noise from the unit. Not really too much. But, it is noticeable.
Other than that, I have no complaints.

Product was damaged, the Installlation guy did a poor job, it takes long time to cool a small room,
[...]Suggest buy from Chroma or reliance digital, at least you get experienced guy for Installlation… however good unit you buy, if the Installlation is wrong, then no use of that product. Bad experience for me, even the room aesthetic turned bad :(
