I got the AC because of my trust in the TATA brands. I have been using it for over 10 days now and there has been absolutely no issues with either of the indoor or the outdoor unit. Even the Voltas team who came for the installation went over and beyond to ensure a smooth experience.
[...]The AC runs smooth and silent and sometimes I need to lower the temperature to below 24 degrees as it makes my small room quite chilly.
I got a 1 ton model as my room is around 100-110 sq.ft. and I can definitely say that it is more than enough for a room this size.
I will try to update this review once again after a few weeks or months of usage.

We purchased two Voltas AC units, expecting reliability and quality under the trusted Tata brand. However, from the very first year, both units started malfunctioning. Despite raising multiple complaints, the after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. Service engineers frequently demanded money but failed to provide any lasting solution.
This has been a very poor experience — the product quality is substandard, and the service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has left us completely dissatisfied. We will not consider Voltas products in the future, nor would we recommend them to anyone.
