I have used 3 washing machines before this. Each one survived a little above 8 years. The last one that came loaded with host of features, fuzzy logic, this and that, was actually used for a 40 minutes wash cycle for 98% of the time. This made me think of trying this one when instead of. It came at half the price of a top of the line brands, and has one function only. With no fuss in features and a compact design, it just fits in. Wash quality, spin are comparable to what I have seen elsewhere. Noise is substantially low. Installation was a breeze with friendly service from the technician. I missed the timer clock, but doesn’t matter

We brought the Product as it was comming with a trust of Tata so we believed that the product will be obviously a quality product but not
Infact the machine was repaired almost 4 times in the 1st year and after a year when the warrenty has expired it is making a finacial trouble to us
Cons
1. Frequent Repair (Low Product quality), Waste of Money
2. Too Much of Noise in Final Spin
3. No Functions available (only basic start and stop is present)
4. Poor wash quality (wear and tear of clothes)

Machine is run smoothly and accurate,
Technicians is very polite and helpfull to teach his demo. Machine is fully atomatic so its make u tension free.
Very lite weight.
Overall good machine but only concern is machine out late body is made from plastic ( but also matalic body take rust over some year ) other then all good👍
