I recieved a damaged product and to be honest I’m not shocked as the quality of the product is very dissapointing. It looks and feels like a cheap low quality plastic product. Im very dissapointed that Voltas is selling a product like this and cheating their customers. I have initiated the return process immediately after opening the box. Please avoid buying this product it does not look like it will last long. Never buying voltas products ever again.

It looks classy, but the issue is with the quality of the faucets and that of the body. They are made of poor quality plastic. The faucet for hot water has a child lock, which is great, but I am worried about hot water coming out of this poor quality plastic faucet. We have used a voltas dispenser before which had excellent quality and lasted us almost 10-12 years. I do not know if this will last that long. The cleaning is not an issue. The cooling cabinet is also great.
