I am writing to lodge a complaint about a longway mixer grinder I purchased. It is of very poor quality and has stopped working completely, after a year of use. I have tried contacting your customer care, but They told me I need to have to send it back in a courier box, and amount of both sending and receiving courier charges will be bare by me. It is ridiculous. Worst product with worst customer service experience.

[...]I have really liked the product. It has got 2 jars with one is 600ml and other is 300ml.
I believe it is sufficient for 1-2 people in home.
The blender has got a very powerful motor which makes it with in seconds. I have added a video, kindly ignore the leakage from jar as it was not put right way. I have prepared a watermelon juice which haven’t got any leakage out. As it was first day so there was something coil burning smell. It might be because of new product. But overall it is a best product when compared to other costly blender. So go for it and buy it without any doubt.

Very disappointing experience with this mixer grinder. It is unable to handle even normal load—whenever I try to grind anything slightly heavy, the motor struggles and even starts emitting smoke from inside, which is very concerning and unsafe.
On top of that, the jar blades are not sharp at all, making grinding inefficient and time-consuming. It fails to perform basic kitchen tasks properly.
Overall, this product feels low quality and unreliable. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a durable and efficient mixer grinder.

lids are loose and damaged. Sont have lid lock. Or even no rubber for lids. Whatever you put inside will automatically come out while grinding.
